Kay in ‘t Veen was born 15th of May 1987 in Rotterdam (The Netherlands). Born in the city and raised in a village. On the age of 13 he found he’s new passion to bring energy in the quite village. He bought two used turntables and a crappy mixer and started growing love for music.

Kay has a history of many styles of music, started with progressive house to club, trance, hard-trance and even hardcore but on the age of 14, he found he’s passion “House music” which evolved in a broader way and nowadays spins from funky latin house to the deeper underground minimal and techno. With a creative background as graphic design and web-developer he tried to combine internet and computers with music and always experimenting with new ways to express himself trough music and bring it all over the world trough the worldwide web.

On the age of 16 he set’s up various internet radio stations with various streams of music, from hardcore to chill-out. With an average of more than 1000 listeners day and night it’s becoming a real success. However, after a serious letter from several music copyright firms the radio station known as Acid-radio needed to shut the service down.

In 2007 he published the first series of podcasts, a weekly feed off favorite tracks mixed by himself and others. Due to some time-management issue’s this series has to quite until 2Q 2008 where he started a second podcast series still running today. With more than 1200 downloads a week of worldwide listeners it’s growing out to a well known show.

In the present Kay is active in the dutch club-scene and worldwide known trough the new era of streaming internet.
