I got invited to try out for Pro Shots by shooting at the first match between Feyenoord and SC Feyenoord. While shooting at the only 20% filled stadium i knew this is what i wanted to do more often. Since last week, I took some assignment’s trough Cor Vos (Thanks to Michel Bierhuizen). This weekend was some more soccer for me, shot with a 400mm 2.8 and with my own 70-200 2.8 II. Just seen that I received my first publication in a newspaper yesterday so does this mean I am really moving upwards

Past weekend I got invited to come along in a shoot for the dutch championships boxing in Rotterdam, since this is a sport I do not often shoot, actually never done it at all, I was pretty excited. Coming this close to such boxing matches are amazing, I have never been to such an event at all, and now I’m almost in the ring. Photography wise it wasn’t easy, dark room, and quick action. (more…)

This weekend the Netherlands turn pink. The Giro d’Italia has arrived in our country starting with the 8th of may with a prologue. Of course i was attending this special event in the middle of the Amsterdam center. I was amazed with the amount of audience.
